Privacy Policy
This document explains what data visitors leave on the website, why we need it and how to have it deleted.
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian version of the Policy is the legally binding one.
1. General provisions
This Policy describes how NovTour DMC (the “Operator”) processes the personal data of website users. It applies to all data the Operator receives through the request form.
By submitting the form, the user confirms their consent to this Policy.
2. What data we collect
Through the request form: name, email address, phone number and the comment text, if the user provides one.
Automatically: anonymised web analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device type), if analytics counters are installed on the website.
The Operator does not collect special or biometric categories of personal data.
3. Why we collect it
To answer the request: prepare a hosting programme, calculate a quote, and agree on dates and terms.
To contact the user via the details provided and to correspond about the request.
The data is not used for mailings without separate consent and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Where the data is stored
Requests are transferred to the Operator's customer relationship management system (CRM) and stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.
Only the employees responsible for handling requests have access to the data.
5. How long we keep it
Data is kept for as long as needed to process the request and fulfil any arrangements, but no longer than the periods set by law.
At the user's request, the data is deleted earlier.
6. User rights
Users may request information about how their data is processed, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw their consent to processing.
To do so, simply write to dmc@novtour.ru from the address given in the request, or call +7 (8162) 788-013.
Withdrawal of consent is processed within the period established by law.
7. Data protection
Data is transmitted from the website over the secure HTTPS protocol.
The Operator takes organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure.
